What is a One Time purchase?

• If you use Text, App, or Pay as you Go to buy hourly, daily, or a multi-use pass, that is One Time parking.

What is NOT a One Time purchase?

• If you sign up to have your parking billed or renewed on a recurring basis (like monthly parking), that is a Subscription. (See Help with a Subscription).

What is the cancellation policy?

• Reserve Ahead - Many reservation purchases allow cancellations before your parking start time. The Cancellation Policy can be found on your Parking Pass. It was also displayed under "Restrictions" before you made your purchase.

• Park Now - Parking that starts as soon as you purchase it cannot be canceled, All Park Now sales are final.

• If the cancellation window has passed, but you believe that we made an error that caused you to need to cancel the reservation, please click the Email Us link in your Confirmation Email to reach the location team or call us at 1-855-529-4040.

How do I cancel my One Time purchase?

• If your cancellation policy allows it, you can easily cancel your purchase here. Please have your Confirmation Email or your Parking Pass available to help you look up your purchase.

How do I modify my One Time purchase?

• At most locations, you can modify your license plate up to 24hrs before your parking start time. Have your Confirmation Email or Parking Pass ready. Simply log in to your online account or go to https://go.lazparking.com/lookup.

• To change the times or dates of your purchase, you will need to cancel your purchase (if your cancellation policy allows it) and re-purchase with your preferred times.

Am I guaranteed a space?

• Reserve Ahead - When parking starts in the future and you Reserve Ahead, you are guaranteed a space in that parking location. Occasionally you maybe be asked to leave us your keys so we can park your vehicle.

• Park Now - For parking that starts as soon as you purchase it, you are NOT guaranteed a space. At ungated locations, ensure that you're parked before you purchase.

How do I know that my order has been placed?

• Once you've completed your purchase, we'll send you a confirmation e-mail with a link to view or print your Parking Pass. Most locations accept smartphone Parking Passes, but a few require a printed Pass. This will be noted in the confirmation e-mail and Parking Pass.

Where is my Parking Pass?

• If a Parking Pass is required at your location, you will see a "View My Parking Pass" button once you've purchased. You will also get an email from us with a link to "Get My Pass". Be sure to check your spam! If you're still missing it, you can look it up here: https://go.lazparking.com/lookup.

What if I don't have the confirmation e-mail or lose my parking pass?

• If your confirmation email goes missing or you lose your parking pass, simply go to https://go.lazparking.com/lookup, enter some info about your reservation, and you can view or print your Parking Pass again.

What happens if I bring a different vehicle than the one referenced on my original reservation?

• You can modify your vehicle information up to 24 hours before your arrival time at most locations. Simply log in to your online account or go to https://go.lazparking.com/lookup to modify details.

• If you want to make changes within 24 hours of your arrival time or you were not able to modify the details, you may need to speak with an on-site customer service representative or contact us at 1-855-LAZ-4040.

What if I don't know my license plate?

• Park Now - For parking that starts as soon as you purchase it, you must enter the correct license plate before leaving your vehicle, or you may receive a parking citation.

• Reserve Ahead - When parking starts in the future and you don't know your license plate, you may enter RENTAL at checkout. You have up to 24 hours prior to your parking start time to modify your license plate. Simply log in to your online account or go to https://go.lazparking.com/lookup to modify details.

Where can I find directions to the parking location?

• Your Parking Pass has a clickable Get Directions link that will open up driving directions to the location. If you printed your Parking Pass on paper, you can use the address to find it the good old-fashioned way!

How do I access the parking location?

• Your Parking Pass will give you instructions on how to enter and exit the location.

How can I see my One Time purchase history?

• You can view your purchase history when signed in on the LAZ Parking app, or at https://go.lazparking.com. For security reasons, purchases you made as a guest (not Signed In) will not be visible.
